STOP ARRESTING INNOCENT YOUTH
Karnata Zone Rally From Tulsi Park Majestic to Town Hall Bangalore
The rally (People’s March) commenced from Chikka Lalbagh (Thulasi Park) – Majestic to Town Hall, which was followed by a Public Meeting at Town Hall, Bangalore. The rally was organised to raise the demands to stop the arrest of innocent youths, to have a free and fair investigation and the bias of law enforcement, to stop the custodial torture by the police and the intelligence agencies, to have a provision of special fast track courts for speedy trail of terrorism cases to settle the cases within a year, to compensate and rehabilitate the innocent, to take action against the personnel of investigation agencies responsible for fabrication of the evidence against the innocent, to remove all draconian laws including Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) and Armed Forces Special Power Act (AFSPA).
